Tasting notes
Strangely sulphidic aromas still present on the nose – honeyed, ripe and light on the palate but finishes simply. Slightly dilute? (RH)

A bit stinky on the nose. Broad and very earthy (and sponti ) on the nose. A little loose and the richness doesn’t seem quite counterbalanced by acidity. (JR)
Still a little yeasty on the nose with just a hint of spontaneous fermentation aromas adding interest to the light green fruit fragrance. Vibrant, taut, and with a perfect balance of ripe acidity and fine minerality. On the drier side of Kabinett, which makes it all the more refreshing. (MS)
Still a little stony/smoky on the nose. Quince and green apple. Appley on the palate too. Seems unexpectedly soft – very gentle overall. (JH)
