1995 Meursault Les Perrieres

This displays a classic '95 style nose with its fully mature but impressively fresh and ever-so-mildly exotic aromas that introduce rich, round and admirably dense flavors that are cool and reserved yet possess excellent precision and outstanding balance on the exceptionally long backend. I very much like the vivacity and this should last for many years to come even if there is no further improvement in the offing. In a word, impressive.
