Score 89/100 · Drink 2012-2027, Robert Parker, Dec 2011
Not to be confused with La Mondotte, a completely different terroir and a far greater wine, this is a relatively strong effort from this estate. Deep ruby/purple-tinged, with notes of raspberry and black cherry fruit as well as some toasty oak, this is an excellent, medium to full-bodied St.-Emilion to drink over the next 15+ years.
