Pale, green-tinged color. Cool, pure aromas of mint, lime, stone, minerals and spices. Dense, suave and fine-grained, with impressive volume for the year. As ripe and pliant as this is, it also boasts excellent inner-palate energy. Complex flavors of powdered stone, lemon cream and pineapple. Classic, opulent Charmes, finishing with slow-building flavor. A superb premier cru.

Cask sample. Inexpressive on the nose at present, but very good, sleek lemon syrup notes. Lovely texture. Satisfying and should develop well. Good balance, but not desperate concentration. (JR)
This too is very Meursault with aromas of ripe peach, apricot, apple and exotic hints of mango that complement the thick, opulent and wonderfully intense flavors that possess both superb texture and a palate staining finish.
