Score 86/100 · Drink 1998-2001, Robert Parker, Jun 1998
This wine is a fresh, earthy, cherry-scented wine with lively acidity, light to medium body, and a zesty, exuberant style. It is not a big wine, but rather, a delicate Valpolicella with gobs of personality and liveliness. I would opt for drinking it over the next several years. This winery has made enormous qualitative progress over the last three or four years, a fact clearly evidenced by this wine. A Leonardo Lo Cascio Selection, Winebow, Hohokus, NJ; tel. (201) 445-0620
