Score 17/20 · Drink 1975-2000, Jancis Robinson MW, Dec 2009
Two of the three bottles brought by the Americans said Vieilles Vignes on the label. A little dull for a 1959 though with some richness and some treacle toffee. Drying on the finish. (JR)
