Score 90/100 · Drink 2004-2014, Robert Parker, Oct 2004
While the 2000 Shiraz/Cabernet The Signature (57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Shiraz) is outstanding, it is not the blockbuster this cuvee can sometimes be. Its ruby/purple color is accompanied by a spicy, earthy bouquet revealing scents of underbrush, black fruits, pepper, and background oak. This solidly made, structured 2000 will drink well for 7-10 years. Importer: Negociants, USA, Napa, CA; tel. (707) 259-0993
