Deep, violet-ruby. Very fresh blackberry and cassis on the nose, with a tangy note of pepper. Spicy and primal in the mouth, showing youthful black fruit flavors and a note of sweet fruitcake. It's nice to see such fully expressive fruit at under 15% alcohol. Finishes with persistent blackcurrant flavor and fine, silky tannins.
