Good deep red. Cherry liqueur, pepper and mint on the nose. Sweet and creamy, with a flavor of candied red fruits supported by decent acidity. Not cooked. Finishes sweet and long, with substantial broad tannins.

(a blend of Chatelots and Feusselottes) Bright red-ruby. Subdued aromas of minerals, mint and orange peel. Juicy and bright in the mouth, with a finer-grained texture than the village wine. But this seems a bit clenched today and is not yet revealing its personality. In a drier style, but clearly longer and more complex on the aftertaste than the Chambolle villages
