There is enough reduction to suggest that this would benefit significantly from decanting it first if you wish to try a bottle young. Otherwise there is good punch and freshness to the delicious flavors that display a bit of acid tang on the saline finish. Note that the tanginess is accentuated by noticeable gas which is another reason that this would benefit from aeration. Tasted: Jun 11, 2013. Drink: 2015+
