Tasting notes
Moderately saturated medium red. Spicy red cherry and herbs on the nose. Less fat and accessible than the Charmois but purer and more floral. Sweet fruit shows lovely aromatic persistence on the firm finish.

Deep, bright red. Bright aromas of cherry, raspberry and licorice. Sweet, firm and minerally, if a bit reduced today. Here the fruit is a bit more apparent, and the tannins come later.
1.Very slightly stewed fruit on the nose. Ripe and rich and powerful. Tough finish. 2. Very direct, wild fruit flavours. Quite a powerful hit with dry tannins underneath. Uncompromising. Wait! (JR)
