Very evolved dark ruby. Absolutely ready. Easy, a bit slack. Lots of mineral character. Fruit slightly buried by now, which is fair enough at this age. (JR)

Full deep red. Knockout aromas of plum, redcurrant, tar, menthol, tobacco and roasted stones; has a distinctly Graves-like aspect. Big, thick and minerally, rich and penetrating. Intriguing smoke and red berry flavors. Finishes with ripe, balanced tannins and superb persistence. Will need several years of bottle aging.
