Moderately saturated red-ruby. Cherry, cassis and menthol aromas, along with a suggestion of raisin. Supple and soft, with decent sweetness of fruit but little delineation. With air, this showed inky and menthol notes and a slight dryness in the middle. Finishes with light but slightly dry tannins, a smoky oak component and little sign of length.
