Bright ruby-red. Very ripe aromas of cherry and berry liqueur. Sweet, fat and lush, with sappy, ripe, liqueur-like flavors; I might have picked this blind as a wine from St. Emilion. Enticing note of medicinal cherry. Finishes long and sweet, with very ripe, round tannins. Will this go into bottle with enough verve to rate a score at the high end of my projected range?
