Good medium red. Spicy red berries, mint and a hint of cedar on the nose. Suppler than the barbera from Asti but richer and more complex too, showing a sweet, silky mid-palate but also a more serious aspect. The Fiulot is for drinking young, while this should enjoy a slower evolution in bottle.
