Tasting notes

Tasting notes
Score 76/100 · Robert Parker, Aug 2014

A weak color revealing plenty of amber and pink at the edge is followed by a light intensity nose of cedarwood, baking spices and washed-out cherry fruit. This wine, which falls apart on the palate, is past its prime.

Some savoury element on the nose. Then acidity. Hollow. Green notes taken to an extreme. (Average group score: 14.2) (JR)

A bit heavy and flabby. Old honey! (JR)

Good fresh nose and some vitality – curiously tough tannins though not in a raisined grape way. Not well balanced. Again the tannins and the fruit are not integrated. Rough on the palate at the end. (JR)
