Absolutely lovely at the moment. Not especially heavy or concentrated but at the beautifully balanced, polished, refreshingly aromatic and Graves-y peak of its powers. (JR)

Lightly meaty on the nose. Very juicy. Not the finest but solid. Lots of ripe fruit. Quite vigorous. There is a heck of a lot here. Vibrant. (JR)
The fruit is slightly boiled out of this one though it was probably rather alluring a year or two ago. (JR)
Cru Classé de Graves Sweet, very slightly fake notes to this. Not a pure wine, bound by its own oak. Obtrusive oak notes on the finish. (JR)
About the producer
Named after the Fieuzal family who owned this estate until 1851, today Ch. de Fieuzal is owned by the Quinns. Since their arrival in 2001, the Irish family has restored the property and built its reputation for quality.
