Tasting notes
The 2003 Sauvignon Blanc Inox boasts hints of honeydew melons and tropical fruits along with zesty acidity, medium to full body, and layers of flavor. The overall impression is one of intensity, elegance, and purity. It was fermented at cold temperatures in stainless steel, aged on its lees with weekly stirrings, and came in at 13.8% alcohol. A beauty, it should drink well for several more years. It is a top-notch effort offering a French sensibility allied to terrific raw materials from a very cool climate Chilean terroir.
