Score 87-88/100 · Drink 2002-2012, Robert Parker, Apr 2001
If this wine is put in the bottle without excessive clarification, it could turn out to be a sleeper of the vintage. Its deep ruby/purple color is accompanied by an excellent, multilayered personality, a chewy texture, abundant quantities of plum, cherry, cola, and mocha flavors, excellent concentration, sweet tannin, and low acidity. Anticipated maturity: 2002-2012.
