50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot. Mid crimson. Light, aromatic nose. Some rather attractively sumptuous texture on the palate. Fresh but not underripe. Well done. (JR)

Cru bourgeois. Eviscerated and dull, shame! (JR)

Currant and berries, with some sweet tobacco. Medium-bodied, with ripe tannins and a fruity finish. Very pleasant

Tasted at Vintex. This has a floral, almost Margaux-like nose with good definition, even if it demands some coaxing. The palate is medium-bodied with smooth tannins, good acidity, very dense but pure on the oaky black cherry and cassis finish. Fine. Tasted March 2010.
