Fresh citrussy tang first, gentle and beautiful: loads of opulence and concentration – even a bit of warmth on the finish. Bold, concentrated. (RH)

(aging in 400-liter barrels, 50% new) Musky lime peel, ginger and quinine on the rather pungent, almost sauvignon-like nose. Vibrant and musky in the mouth, with very good energy to the saline, soil-driven flavors of minerals, crushed stone and tarragon. No shortage of fat or sweetness here, but this boasts excellent firming energy. Finishes pungent and impressively long. Very promising wine.
