AP number 01 26. Fragrant, lightly spiced citrus with a pretty and subtle floral note. But there's a stony-mineral side to it, too. Dry and intensely pure, light on its feet but with surprising presence and length. Great acid tension on the finish, with a hint of salt. Hard to pull off a Kabinett trocken but they have.
