Score 92/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, May 2012
Full ruby. Explosively aromatic nose offers potpourri along with ripe blackberry and cherry tones. Lush and supple, with ripe, sweet cherry and dark berry flavors building and gaining spiciness in the glass. The finish is impressively focused and gently chewy, with harmonious tannins and impressive depth.
