The provocative 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon Chabot Vineyard is a dense wine with loamy soil scents intermixed with chocolate, licorice, creosote, and copious blackberry and cassis fruit. Full-bodied and chewy, with superb concentration, symmetry, and purity, as well as moderate tannin in the finish, it will be at its finest between 2004-2022. (Not yet released) Tel.
