2016 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is all graphite, crushed rocks, iodine and turned earth, with a plush, rounded base layer of red/blue fruit providing support. Generous mid-palate density and delicate curves make for a lovely combination. The finish leaves behind a long echo of menthol. The 2016 is in a lovely place to drink now, and a testament to the ageability of these wines in favorable vintages.
