Score 87-88/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Sep 2018
(60% from Meursault and 40% from Puligny-Montrachet, with the lower sections of both villages slightly affected by frost): Sexy, expressive scents of yellow stone fruits, lemon, lime and apple complicated by hazelnut and herbs. Nicely ripe and harmonious, offering good texture and concentration for its category. Finishes slightly dry-edged--but the 2016 version was more musclebound, according to winemaker Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau. (13.2% alcohol)
