Score 89-91/100 · Drink 2017-2027, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Jun 2015

The 2013 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru les Feusselots comes from vines that border the cemetery that were planted in 1977. It has a dense bouquet with red berry fruit interlaced with brown spices and a touch of sandalwood. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin, angular red berry fruit mixed with marmalade and blood orange notes that tumble down to crisp finish. Not bad, though the Chambolle Les Baudes shows more decorum.
