Tasting notes
This fruit-forward, medium to full-bodied wine overachieves as a Cru Bourgeois. It is a blend of 46% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest is Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and a dollop of Carmenere. It offers up blue fruits and raspberry along with a floral note, and has medium body as well as a nicely textured mouthfeel. This wine can be drunk now or cellared for another 5-6 years. A member of the Alliance des Cru Bourgeois du Medoc.

46% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Carmenère. Meaty and minty. Quite attention grabbing. Dry finish. Punchy. (JR)
