The 2019 Red Wine Casa Nuestra is a blend of Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, Napa Gamay, Trousseau Gris and Carignan from a vineyard in St. Helena, not too far from the Turley winery. Sweet red cherry, plum, chocolate, new leather and tobacco infuse the 2019 with tremendous depth and power. This is an impressive showing. The Casa Nuestra is one of the most distinctive wines in a range full of gems.

The 2019 Casa Nuestra has a deep ruby-purple color and deep aromas of blueberries, black cherries, forest floor and dried herbs. Medium-bodied and silky, the palate offers black and blue fruits laced with earth, and it finishes with uplifting freshness. 632 cases produced.
The 2019 Red Wine Casa Nuestra packs a serious punch. It is a blend of mostly Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane, Napa Gamay, Trousseau and Refosco, along with a dollop of white varieties thrown into the mix. Inky dark fruit, gravel, lavender, savory herbs, menthol and licorice all run through the bold, explosive wine. This tannic, brooding field blend needs time to soften, but it sure is impressive.
