Maturing and usually reliable, well-priced cru bourgeois. Just the sort of wine that is underpriced at the moment. Mid crimson. Light nose and a little nervy. Very digestible and bone dry. Fair value for claret lovers, though it's not really ready yet. (JR)

Not much nose. Round and yet with lots of sappy fruit and a dry finish. Tastes really rather smart. Should age well, but could also give pleasure in the short term. (JR)
