The 2021 Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée de Pinson has quite a fragrant, floral bouquet with ebullient simple red cherry and strawberry. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, quite energetic with a lively, tart red cherry finish. Short but punchy.

Aromas of sweet plums, kirsch, spices and soil introduce Ponsot's 2021 Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée du Pinson, a medium-bodied, supple and giving wine that's soft and open-knit.
