60% from Meursault, 40% from Puligny. Aged for 12 months in barrels. Plain and neutral in flavour, about as easy-going as Chardonnay gets. There's a bit of peachiness, but some lingering bitter twang too. (RH)

The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc comes 60% from Meursault and 40% from Puligny. Matured for 12 months in barrel, 60% in demi-muids and the rest in pièces , and racked at the end of July, it has a pleasant grass clipping and apricot nose. The palate is fresh on the entry with a touch of bitter lemon and a bright if short finish.
