Domaine Paul Pernot’s flagship cuvee, with the largest holding of Premier Cru Folatières – with three parcels that produce arguably the most complete expression of the site. A standard-bearer for this Puligny-Montrachet-based estate, it’s an impressive offering in 2024. Pure, cool, ripe stone fruit. The wine is fine and mineral, a pure, fresh, penetrating acidity. More refined and delicate than Chalumeaux. Lots of extract, focus, richness and weight on back palate. Elegant, and long saline finish. Impressive.

Domaine Paul Pernot is synonymous with Puligny-Montrachet. For the last 30 years, the estate – alongside Domaine Leflaive and Domaine de Montille (previously Château de Puligny-Montrachet) – has been one of the largest shareholders in the appellation.
