Pale, green-tinged color. White flowers, nuts and vanillin oak on the nose. Sweet and harmonious, with a captivating sugar/acid balance. Wonderfully fat wine with captivating oak spices and compelling finishing sweetness. This really starts the salivary glands working. Boillot says this is much easier to taste at this early stage than the 2002 was.
