Tasting notes
The 2016 Estate Syrah La Bruma has a vibrant ruby-purple color and opens with a pop of white pepper over iron, dried violets, leather, aniseed and preserved blueberries with touches of coffee grounds. The palate is medium to full-bodied, opening slowly to super floral flavor layers, ripe and concentrated but light on its feet with a juicy, grainy frame and very long, uplifted finish. Gorgeous! 275 cases were made.

The 2016 Syrah Estate La Bruma is bold, fruity and absolutely delicious. Dark cherry, plum, lavender, spice and leather infuse this creamy, unctuous, yet mid-weight, Syrah. Plush fruit and silky tannins add to the wine's raciness and immediacy. The 2016 can age, but it will be nearly impossible to resist young.
