The 2021 Puligny-Montrachet Enseignères has a lovely bouquet, showing more complexity than the Meursault Village, crushed rock commingling with apple blossom and freshly sliced pear. The palate is very well-balanced with candied orange and citrus peel, taut and tensile, with a slightly austere yet captivating finish. If only all Puligny Village Crus could achieve this level of refinement.

The 2021 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignières bursts with aromas of pear, sweet citrus oil, freshly baked bread, hazelnuts and oatmeal. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and electric, it's deep, taut and penetrating, concluding with a long, chalky finish.
