The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a magnificent effort made by well-known consultant Aaron Pott, and is pretty much as one would expect from such a great vintage and the terroir. Dense purple with notes of crushed rock, blueberry and blackberry fruit as well as touches of licorice, graphite and camphor, the wine is dense and multidimensional, with sweet tannin and stunning concentration. Drink it over the next 25+ years.
