Score 98/100 · Drink 2018-2050, Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, Sep 2018
Very deep purple-black in color, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon has a remarkable youthful nose of crushed blackcurrants, black cherries and wild blueberries with hints of baking spices, cigar box, violets, rose hip tea, yeast extract and crushed stones. Full-bodied, richly fruited and packed with opulent black berries and exotic spice flavors, the palate is wonderfully structured with very firm, super ripe tannins and just enough freshness, finishing very long and layered.
