All the darkness and danger of Corton are married to a stunning mineral freshness that’s totally uplifting. Great Amarena cherry fruit, fruit that you want to bathe in. The way the fine tannins and acidity interlock is fabulous, and for all the ripeness of the vintage the finish is super-straight and energetic. From the first vineyard the Latour family acquired in 1738. Limited production. Drink or hold.
