The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard The Three Kings is another pretty, elegant wine in the vintage that has lots to love. Red and blue fruits, sandalwood, dried herbs, and dried flower notes all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, with a silky, elegant mouthfeel, still present tannins, and outstanding length. As with many 2017, it has a certain Bordeaux-like style in its structure and mouthfeel.

Crème de cassis, red cherry jam, chocolate, grilled herbs, lavender, spice and sweet new oak infuse this racy, flamboyant To Kalon Cabernet. Medium in body and super-expressive, the 2017 is a winner.
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon The Three Kings leaps from the glass with notions of black raspberries, blackberry pie, blackcurrant pastilles and Morello cherries plus touches of pencil shavings, fungi, charcoal and crushed rocks. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers mouth-coating black and red fruit with a firm, grainy texture and just enough freshness to lift the finish.
