Tasting notes
Brilliant red. A seductively perfumed bouquet evokes ripe red/blue fruits, incense, spicecake and vanilla, which are sharpened by a building mineral overtone. Concentrated yet energetic in style, showing excellent clarity and spicy lift to its sappy raspberry preserve, boysenberry, cola and violet pastille flavors. Becomes tighter and more spicy on the youthfully tannic finish, which lingers with outstanding focus and floral-driven persistence.

The 2016 Pinot Noir Estate Grown Victoria is pale to medium ruby-purple in color and youthfully reticent on the nose, opening out to crushed blueberries and boysenberry with black earth and spicy hints. Medium to full-bodied, it has great concentration of black and blue fruits in the mouth with plenty of spicy accents, a good frame of grainy tannins and wonderful freshness, finishing very long. 400 cases produced.
