Same winemaking and data as 2014 . Tasted blind. Mid-lemon gold. Toast and dust. Lots of maturity to waxed lemons. Medium bodied with racy, lively acidity but enough waxy, lanolin character to hold the acidity. Lots of weight, with a long, creamy finish and some phenolic grip too. Classy. (TJ)

Exquisite toasty notes over precise, luxurious lemon-curd flavours. The concentration and complexity here is utterly enthralling. I can’t think of how this could be improved, except perhaps with more bottle age. A work of absolute beauty. (RH)

Toast, lanoline, and a little spritz too. Lengthy, lime, green leaf, very dry and savoury – juniper and lemon rind notes. (RH)
