Aromas of crystallized lemon peel, minerals and charred oak. Dense and firmly built, with ripe acidity lifting the sweet citrus flavors. Less supple today than the Petits Charrons but quite perfumed in the mouth and not quite hard-edged. A very elegant Meursault that needs three or four years of bottle aging.

Citrus skin and white flowers on the nose, plus a hint of anise. Suave and brisk on entry, then firm and a bit imploded in the middle, with lemon, lime and floral flavors enlivened by fresh acidity. Not a fleshy wine and yet the acids are nicely buffered by the wine's material. Finishes with lovely floral lift and excellent length.
