1990 Henriot Brut Cuvée des Enchanteleurs

Medium gold color. Fully mature aromas of toffee, praline, marzipan, singed orange and sauteed mushroom are warm and rich. Weighty, round and velvety, with rich, dense flavors of apple pie, hazelnut, praline and brown butter. Serve this thick, toasty Champagne with the richest, most decadently sauced shellfish dishes or lighter meat courses.
