Aromas of apple, clove, honey and wet stone. Rich, spicy and honeyed, with a menthol character verging on medicinal. With aeration, this showed a strong pineapple flavor and seemed just short of heavy. A distinctly wild Corton-Charlemagne that is not at all graceful today and needs time.
