Last Tasted 6/92 Jadot's 1985 Bonnes Mares is another example of a wine that has gone into a shell. The excellent ruby color has not changed since I first tasted the wine after bottling. The nose reluctantly offers up leathery, spicy, oaky aromas intermingled with the scent of red fruits. This medium to full-bodied, concentrated wine is in need of another 3-4 years of cellaring.
