2016 Lingua Franca Chardonnay Bunker Hill*

Nuanced density of aromatics follow through on the palate, which is currently still quite subtle. This wine wants time to uncurl either with aeration or more time in bottle – it does well even a few days after opening. There is plenty of palate density for ageing here. The flavours feel as though they are turned inward for now, and the wine will reveal itself with more time in bottle. Give it more time to integrate and open. Nice savoury, textural length. (ECB)
