The 2019 Pinot Noir Tongue 'N Cheek takes some air to open from tar and graphite to expressive raspberry preserves, blood orange and lavender. The palate is light-bodied with a fine, dusty texture, seamless lift and particularly detailed, ethereal, floral flavors. Give it a few hours in a decanter or 2-3 more years in the bottle.

Bright ruby-red. Cherry and red currant scents are accompanied by building floral, succulent herb and exotic spice nuances. Shows very good depth as well as vivacity, offering juicy red and blue fruit, lavender, cola and mocha flavors that turn sweeter as the wine opens up. Tactile and focused in style, finishing impressively long and spicy, with mounting tannins and resonating cherry pit and floral notes.
