Very dark with a dark brick rim. Rich and soupy and dark. Hard work! Lots of rot and toughness. Very awkward. Unbalanced. Not nearly as seductive as the Roumier Musigny 1983. (JR)

If you have a good cellar and plenty of discretionary income, this wine will be superb in 10-15 years.
