(from vines originally planted in 1973; Lamy added more in 2001 so this is similarly a high-density vineyard now): Cool citrus and stone aromas. Sappy, smooth and deep, conveying a distinct impression of austerity to the very dry, cool lime ice and mineral flavors. Not at all a honeyed style of Criots-Batard. Finishes with superb subtle length and lift.
